Intern, Apprentice & Graduate Opportunities:

In today’s competitive construction world, the most qualified job candidates have more than academic experience. They leave college or university and enter the workforce with hands-on exposure in their chosen fields. RUSSCO places high value on intern, apprentice and graduate experience when making hiring decisions and through our own programs we are building future leaders for our company.

As an apprentice or intern, your program will be rotation based and cover field/site operations, cost estimates for construction bids, project management and accounting.
